In this romantic comedy, Dan Foreman (Quaid) is a middle-aged ad executive who's demoted and faces a new boss (Grace) at work - half his age. The boss forges an uneasy friendship with Foreman that is thrown into jeopardy when he begins an affair with Foreman's daughter (Johansson).
