HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT AT THE PREVIEW ROOM

We host all kinds of events at The Preview Room—and you can, too! We can magically transform into an event space for your workshops, panel presentations, receptions, investor meetings, screenings - whatever type of gathering you want to produce, we can help!

 

We also provide event production as well as promotion advice and support .

Whether you are conducting a presentation, screening a movie, or entertaining the crowds with stand-up comedy, our staff will ensure your event looks and sounds great! Our theater and event space is equipped with state of the art digital cinema projection, flat screen TV's, wireless microphones and can be configured to meet your needs.

Successful events start with happy guests. Whether you're looking to serve light snacks and sodas or host a full bar and catered meals, we've got you covered! Our staff will put on the concierge gloves to coordinate catering services and other goodies to keep your guests happy and make your event a splash. We welcome you to BYO, too, if you'd like... You name it!

Caterers

Many of our partners have used the following caterers in the past. These are simply suggestions. You are welcome to use whatever caterer you’d like.

 

PLEASE NOTE: we have minimal refrigeration, no kitchen – if you hire a caterer, food must be prepared offsite and the company will need to supply service wear, utensils, chafing dishes etc. to meet your needs. Other than chafing dishes, due to fire code, no open flames or cooking equipment is allowed on the premises.

RENTAL FEES

All rentals include full facility access, onsite staff projectionist, custodian, wireless microphone PA system, standard DirecTV programming, wireless Internet access, polycom speaker phone, tables, chairs, flip charts, and markers.

    $150 for hourly rentals
    $250 for daily rentals
    Special Events may incur additional costs
